This has been the case for over a decade...

- I can't address user-defined Navigator usage, but I see this all the time with the "default navigator", and have seen it as long as I've been using Notes. If another View is available (such as with the default navigator), then selecting any other View and selecting the "offending" View again should "fix" it, just like "View -> Goto" does.
